Find your work in it

Give coding agents enough product context to work from.

Create Intelligence-backed tasks and expose them through MCP so agents start closer to the real product meaning.

WorkspaceMCP
What it is

GitMir publishes one MCP endpoint with seventeen tools. An agent hands it the task in the words it was asked in and gets back the smallest part of the product that answers it — the parts it touches, what they read and write, what they reach. Work your team accepts inside GitMir appears through the same connection, so an agent can take a piece of work and receive the slice of the product it concerns along with it.

What you do
01

Copy your key from the MCP access screen and paste the one-line command it shows for Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or VS Code.

02

Restart the client — you know it worked when it lists seventeen gitmir_ tools.

03

Write work down on the project's Work screen, with at least one line of what must be true when it is done.

04

Have an Admin of the project accept it: only accepted work is ever handed out.

05

Let your agent take it, do it, and close it by saying what the product now does differently.

What it does not do

Only an Admin of the project can accept work, and a key that may not take work is refused for the four tools that write anything. Unless the project has GitMir Compute, GitMir does not run the agent, write code or open pull requests — it answers questions and hands out work; the agent stays yours. Answers reflect the model as last built, so code pushed since the last build is not in them.

See it on a real product.

Three models are published in full and open without an account. Ask one of them the question this page is about.
