Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GitMir platform and the gitmir.com website (the “Service”) operated by GitMir. By creating an account, purchasing early access, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

GitMir is an AI-native platform for designing visual product architectures and generating frontend, backend, database, API, and deployment configurations. Features, limits, and pricing may evolve over time; we will notify you of material changes that affect plans you have purchased.

2. Account

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Payments, Early Access & Refunds

Paid plans, early-access purchases, and add-ons are processed through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout. By submitting a payment you authorise GitMir and its payment processor to charge the displayed amount.

Early-access purchases unlock the announced discount and access window when the corresponding feature is released. If we are unable to deliver early access within twelve (12) months of purchase, you may request a full refund.

Outside of the early-access scenario above, fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) violate any law or third-party rights; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent the Service; (c) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network without authorisation; (d) use the Service to build products that compete directly with GitMir; (e) upload malicious code, spam, or content that infringes intellectual property; (f) use the Service in a way that disrupts other users.

5. Your Content & Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the architectures, modules, code, and other artifacts you create inside GitMir (“Your Content”). You grant GitMir a limited licence to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service.

The Service, including underlying software, documentation, branding, and the GitMir name and logo, is the property of GitMir or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted to you except as expressly set out in these Terms.

6. AI-Generated Output

The Service uses AI models to assist you in building software. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any output before relying on it in production.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows and unforeseen outages may occur.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event will GitMir, its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to GitMir during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or expose GitMir to legal or security risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be announced by email or a notice on the site at least 14 days before they take effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GitMir is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
