Roles apply to the whole team: you cannot give somebody one workspace or one project and not the rest. Freshness describes the reading, not your repository — GitMir learns that a push happened only for repositories where the hook is installed, and that is set up by an owner. A partial reading is a real state rather than an error: it happens when credits run out part-way through, and continuing picks up where it stopped instead of starting again.
