What it is

You ask in plain language and read an answer in sentences, with the parts of the product it was built from underneath it if you want to check. You do not have to know what anything is called in the code, and you do not have to ask an engineer to go and look. Asking costs nothing on your balance.

What you do
01

Open a project and ask your question in your own words.

02

Read the answer, and open the slice it was assembled from if you want to see where it came from.

03

Read what changed since your last visit — said in terms of what the product does, not which files moved.

04

Open what the product itself says is worth a person's attention, with what each item costs to ignore.

05

Check the usage screen: credits pay for reading repositories, not for asking questions.

What it does not do

It answers about the product as it is written in the code — never about your customers, your revenue, or how the team is performing. There is no board report, no export and no scheduled digest: the "what changed" summary is computed when you open the project, not mailed to you. The return-on-investment calculator lives on the public site and is an estimator you fill in yourself; it does not read anything from your account.

See it on a real product.
