Every time GitMir re-reads a repository it keeps a snapshot beside the commit that caused it. Comparing two snapshots says what the product started or stopped doing — what appeared, what went away, what was renamed, what behaves differently now — rather than which lines moved. When the code moved but the meaning did not, the screen says so in words instead of showing you an empty diff.

It compares builds of the model, not every commit: a push that never triggered a build is not in the comparison. "Worth a look" follows from the shape of the product — a state nothing leaves, a record several things write and nothing reads, one idea living in two areas — it is not a code-quality score and it says nothing about individual engineers. There is no scheduled report or email: the summary is computed when you open the project.
