Answers come from the last reading of the repository, and every answer says how fresh that reading is — if it is out of date it says so rather than presenting itself as current. It answers about the product, not about people: it does not know who wrote something or why they chose it, and it has no access to your issue tracker or your incidents. There is no way to download the reading itself — no tool returns a dump or a catalogue, and that is a decision, not a missing feature.
