API
What it is

Work written down inside GitMir and attached to the parts of the product it will touch. Each piece carries what it is, which parts of the product it affects, and at least one check that says when it is finished. An Admin of the project accepts it before anything can pick it up.

What you do
01

Write a piece of work: what it is, what it touches, and at least one check that says when it is done.

02

Have an Admin of the project accept it — nothing is handed out until a person does.

03

Follow it through the four columns: waiting for a person, accepted, taken, done.

04

Read what it actually changed when it closes, set against what it promised.

What it does not do

This work lives in GitMir only. There is no sync with Jira, Linear or GitHub Issues — those are good at planning and reporting across a company, and nothing is pushed to them or pulled back from them here. A piece of work cannot be saved without at least one check on it, on purpose: a requirement nobody can verify is one an agent will declare finished by itself. Anyone with Write on the project can write work down, but only an Admin of the project can accept it, and someone with Read sees it without writing any.
