What it enables · 03 / Analyze

Reason at a higher level.

Analyze what a change reaches, how risky it is and which parts of the product deserve a look — from structured Intelligence, not by reading the source yourself.

What it is

Two questions the code cannot answer on its own. Name the part you are about to change, in your own words, and GitMir returns a risk level, the areas affected and what depends on it, nearest first. Separately, it lists what follows from the product itself and is worth a person's time: a state nothing ever leaves, a record three things write and nothing reads, one idea living in two areas at once, the area absorbing most of the change.

What you do
01

Open the Documents tab and name the part you are about to change.

02

If the name matches several things, pick the one you meant — GitMir offers the near misses.

03

Read the risk level, the areas affected and the list of what depends on it.

04

Open the Work tab, section "Worth a look", for what the product itself says needs attention.

What it does not do

Both answers are drawn from one repository's model — there is no market comparison, no competitor data and no question spanning several repositories, because nothing in the product reads anything outside the code you connected. Reach is counted over what the model describes, so a partial model gives a partial radius, and the repository page says when a model is partial and how much was read. Risk comes back as a level with the things behind it, not a probability or a score.

See it on a real product.

Three models are published in full and open without an account. Ask one of them the question this page is about.
