User Accounts

You must provide accurate account information

One account per user/organization
Age requirement: 18 years or legal adult in your jurisdiction

You may use Gitmir for lawful software development purposes. Prohibited activities include:

Interfering with service operation

Intellectual Property

You grant us limited rights to host and process your content

Payment Terms

Payments are non-refundable except as required by law

Accounts may be suspended for non-payment

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service
Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
We're not liable for service interruptions

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss.
